Moroccan Ministry of Education Launches Online Baccalaureate Scholarship Service
Rabat - The Ministry of National Education, Higher Education, Vocational Training, and Scientific Research launched on Thursday a new online service, “Minhaty” for the benefit of 2016-2017 Baccalaureate students seeking college scholarships for the 2017-2018 school year.
According to the ministry, this scholarship is intended for students who do not have enough financial necessities to pursue thigher education.
“Minhaty” is the first of its kind in Morocco. The ministry says its aim is to improve communication services for students as well as to simplify and modernize applications and administrative procedures for grant seekers.
Students wishing to use the service can do so by filling out an online application form on www.minhaty.ma. The registration deadline is July 31.
The 2017 baccalaureate exams in Morocco will take place on June 6, 7, and 8 with make-upson July 8, 9, and 10.
